Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo asked related Regional Working Unit (SKPD) to improve resident's economy in the region through empowerment program in tourism sector.

"Infrastructure construction continues to run. Just need to be accompanied by residents empowerment and mentoring in order to maximize the result," he said, Wednesday (4/12).

He explained, recent numbers of infrastructure construction is running to support tourism sector in his region. Such as pier repair and Tidung Island and Untung Jawa Island tourism destination arrangement.

"Including IPAL and SWRO construction in inhabited islands and cheap transportation," he continued.

He hoped training which is given to residents to be facilitated in Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) and PKK outlets in urban villages.

"This must be facilitated thus can keep on going," he closed.
